As the Hotel Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the success and smooth operation of our hotel. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a senior management position reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Management

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the hotel's goals and objectives.

  • Oversee all departments, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, finance, and human resources.

Guest Satisfaction

  • Ensure that guest satisfaction is a top priority by maintaining high-quality standards and promptly addressing any guest concerns or complaints.

  • Implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage the hotel's budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and maximizing profitability.

  • Implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy levels, and other revenue streams.

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and industry partners to attract new business.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional growth and development.

Property Maintenance

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of hotel facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations as needed, prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and labor laws.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to the hotel's operations, including safety, security, and legal liabilities.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on key performance metrics, including financial performance, occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and market trends.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across all areas of hotel operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  1. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

  2. The Hotel Executive will collaborate closely with the senior management team, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
