This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Employee's employment with the Employer.

I. Position and Duties

A. Job Title: The Employee shall be employed as Front Desk Manager.

B. Job Description: The Employee's duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, managing the front desk operations, supervising front desk staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments. The Employer may modify the Employee's duties from time to time as needed.

C. Reporting Structure: The Employee shall report directly to the Hotel General Manager.

II. Employment Terms

A. Employment Status: The Employee shall be employed on a full-time basis.

B. Start Date: The Employee's employment shall commence on [Date].

C. Duration of Employment: This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein.

III. Compensation and Benefits

A. Salary/Wage Details: The Employee shall receive a salary of $50,000 per year, payable bi-weekly.

B. Payment Schedule: Payments shall be made on the 15th and the last day of each month.

C. Benefits: The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Employer's benefit plans, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan, in accordance with the terms of those plans.

D. Bonuses and Incentives: The Employee may be eligible for bonuses and incentives as determined by the Employer based on performance and company profitability.

IV. Work Schedule

A. Standard Working Hours: The Employee is expected to work 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

B. Overtime Policy: Any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week must be pre-approved by the Employee's supervisor and will be compensated at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

C. Breaks and Meal Periods: The Employee is entitled to two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal period each day.

V. Probationary Period

A. Duration of Probation: The initial probationary period shall be 90 days from the Start Date.

B. Performance Evaluation Criteria: The Employee's performance will be evaluated based on job knowledge, quality of work, attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.

C. Confirmation of Employment: Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the Employee's employment status will be confirmed.

VI. Termination of Employment

A. Notice Period: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.

B. Grounds for Termination: The Employer may terminate the Employee for cause, including but not limited to gross misconduct, theft, dishonesty, breach of confidentiality, and violation of company policies, without notice.

C. Severance Pay: If applicable, severance pay shall be provided in accordance with the Employee Handbook.

D. Return of Company Property: Upon termination, the Employee must return all company property, including keys, uniforms, and electronic devices.

VII. Confidentiality

A. Non-disclosure of Proprietary Information: The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and not to disclose it to any third party without the Employer's prior written consent.

B. Duration of Confidentiality Obligations: These obligations shall remain in effect for three years following the termination of employment.

C. Exceptions to Confidentiality: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly known or required to be disclosed by law.

VIII. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

A. Non-compete Clause: The Employee agrees not to engage in any business activities that compete with the Employer during the term of employment and for one year thereafter within [County].

B. Non-solicitation of Clients and Employees: The Employee agrees not to solicit the Employer's clients or employees for one year following the termination of employment.

C. Duration and Geographic Scope: The non-compete and non-solicitation obligations shall apply within Los Angeles County for the specified duration.

IX. Code of Conduct

A. Workplace Behavior Expectations: The Employee is expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, including punctuality, respect for colleagues and guests, and adherence to company policies.

B. Dress Code: The Employee must comply with the Employer's dress code, which includes business attire appropriate for a hotel environment.

C. Use of Company Property: The Employee shall use company property only for official purposes and in accordance with company policies.

X. Dispute Resolution

A. Grievance Procedure: Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall first be addressed through the Employer's internal grievance procedures.

B. Arbitration Agreement: If the grievance procedure does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

C. Final Decision and Appeals: The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, with limited rights of appeal.

XI. Amendments and Modifications

A. Procedure for Amending the Agreement: This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties.

B. Employee Notification of Changes: The Employee will be notified of any changes to this Agreement at least 30 days in advance.
