Responsibilities

  • Manage Reservations: Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system.

  • Coordinate with Staff: Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure guest needs are met.

  • Assist with Luggage: Provide assistance with luggage handling and storage as needed.

  • Maintain Lobby Area: Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Physical Requirements
