I. Introduction

Our primary goal is to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all our guests. In order to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, we have established a No Pet Policy. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding the presence of pets on our premises, with specific exceptions for service animals.

II. Policy Statement

We have adopted a strict No Pet Policy to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and dining facilities, except for service animals as defined by applicable laws.

III. Service Animals

We welcome guests with disabilities who require the assistance of service animals. Service animals are permitted in all areas of the hotel where guests are allowed, in accordance with applicable laws. Guests with service animals must inform the front desk upon arrival to ensure proper accommodation.

IV. Guest Responsibilities

A. Service Animal Identification: Guests with service animals may be asked to provide appropriate documentation or credible verbal assurance that the animal is a service animal as defined by applicable laws.

B. Service Animal Behavior: Guests are responsible for ensuring that their service animals behave appropriately. The animal must be under control at all times, either through a harness, leash, or other tether, or by being under the guest's voice control.

C. Service Animal Care: Guests are responsible for the care and supervision of their service animals. The hotel is not responsible for providing food, water, or any other needs for the animal.

V. Violation of Policy

Guests found to have unauthorized pets in their rooms will be subject to a cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and allergen removal. Additionally, guests may be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately.

VI. Exceptions

A. Emergency Situations: In rare emergency situations, temporary exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the hotel management. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

B. Service Animals in Training: Service animals in training are permitted when accompanied by a licensed trainer. The trainer must provide documentation verifying the animal’s training status and adhere to the same responsibilities as guests with service animals.
