1. Reservation Details

1.1 Room Reservation

The Hotel agrees to reserve the following room(s) for the Guest:

1.2 Payment Details

2. Payment Terms

3.2 Late Cancellation

3.4 Early Departure

3.5 Force Majeure

4. Hotel Rules and Regulations

4.1 Compliance with Hotel Policies

  • Noise Policies: Guests must maintain a reasonable noise level at all times to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Quiet hours are enforced from [10:00 PM to 7:00 AM].

4.2 Indemnification

5. Liability

5.1 Hotel Liability

The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Guest's property or person, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the Hotel's gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Hotel provides safes in each room for the Guest's convenience and strongly recommends that all valuables be secured therein. The Hotel's liability for any loss or damage to property stored in the room safe is limited to $[0].

5.2 Guest Indemnification

The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Guest's use of the Hotel's facilities or services. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from:

6. Governing Law
