Specific Areas of Concern

Security Protocols: Despite clear guidelines, there have been repeated failures to adhere to our security checks at entrances. All guests and staff are reminded to comply with security screenings and present identification upon request.
Noise Disturbances: We have received numerous complaints about excessive noise levels during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM). Continued disturbances will result in further action, which may include eviction from the hotel premises.
Smoking Policy: Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

Penalties for Non-Compliance

First Offense: Warning and reminder of hotel policies.
