We are pleased to announce several important updates and enhancements at our hotel that are aimed at improving our services and ensuring a more delightful and comfortable experience for all our guests and team members.

Renovation of Facilities

We are excited to inform you that starting July 10, 2050, we will begin the renovation of our lobby and several guest floors to modernize our facilities and provide a more luxurious and accommodating environment. These renovations are expected to be completed by December 15, 2050. During this period, we will make every effort to minimize inconvenience to our guests and operations.

New Sustainability Initiatives

In our commitment to environmental stewardship, we are launching new sustainability programs that include reducing single-use plastics in our operations, increasing our recycling efforts, and implementing energy-saving technologies throughout the hotel. These initiatives will begin rolling out in August 2050.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Given the ongoing global health concerns, we are enhancing our health and safety measures to provide a safer environment for both guests and staff. This includes upgraded air filtration systems, more frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, and additional hand sanitizing stations around the property.

Introduction of Digital Check-In

To streamline our check-in process and reduce wait times, we are introducing a digital check-in option effective September 1, 2050. Guests will have the option to check-in via our mobile app, allowing for a more convenient and contactless arrival experience.

Staff Training Program

To ensure our team continues to provide the highest level of service, we are implementing a new staff training program focusing on customer service excellence, health and safety protocols, and emergency response procedures. This training will commence in July 2050.
