Hotel Formal Notice

Date:

To All Guests and Staff

Subject: Formal Notice of Policy Changes

We wish to inform all guests and staff of upcoming changes to our hotel policies, which will be effective as of July 1, 2050. These changes are part of our commitment to ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of all our guests and team members.

Policy Changes

Updated Check-In Procedures

All guests are required to provide a government-issued ID and a valid credit card at check-in. This is to enhance security measures and streamline our accounting processes.

Amended Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night charge. This is to better manage room availability and improve service to all our guests.

Revised Pet Policy

We are pleased to now allow pets under 25 pounds with a non-refundable deposit. This is in response to frequent guest requests and to accommodate the needs of pet owners.

Smoking Policy Update

Smoking is now strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, balconies, and common areas. Designated smoking areas have been established outside the building. This is to ensure a healthier environment for all guests and staff.

Implementation

These policies will be implemented across all operations, affecting all bookings made on or after July 1, 2050. All departments are required to update promotional materials and digital platforms with the new policy details by June 15, 2050. Staff training on the new policies will commence on June 20, 2050, to ensure full compliance and readiness.

Compliance

Non-compliance with these policies by staff will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Guests failing to adhere to our hotel policies may face penalties, including additional charges or removal from the property.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement these necessary changes. These policy updates are intended to improve the quality and safety of the experience provided to our guests and the working environment for our staff.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification regarding these policy changes, please do not hesitate to contact our guest services team or human resources department.

Thank you for your attention to this important notice.

Sincerely,

Management
