II. Services Provided

A. Description of Spa Services: Each guest will receive a 60-minute Swedish massage, designed to relax muscles and improve circulation. Guests will also enjoy a 45-minute facial treatment, tailored to their skin type to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate.

B. Additional Services or Amenities: Access to spa facilities such as sauna and steam room. Refreshments including herbal teas, fruit-infused water, and light snacks will be provided.

III. Pricing and Payment

A. Total Cost: The total cost for the spa party package is for guests. This includes all spa services, amenities, and refreshments as described in this Contract.

B. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of signing this Contract.

C. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of 75% is due in full at least 3 days prior to the spa party date. Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

IV. Client Responsibilities

A. Timeliness: Clients are responsible for arriving on time for the spa party. Any delays may result in a shortened treatment time.

B. Guest Attendance: Clients must provide an accurate count of the number of guests attending the party. Additional guests may be accommodated if space permits, but this must be arranged in advance.

C. Conduct: Clients and their guests are expected to behave respectfully towards spa staff and other guests. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the party.

V. Spa Responsibilities

A. Service Provision: Spa will provide the agreed-upon spa services to clients and their guests. Services will be performed by qualified spa professionals.

B. Facilities and Amenities: Spa will ensure that all facilities and amenities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Any issues with facilities or amenities should be reported to spa staff immediately.

C. Refreshments: Spa will provide refreshments and snacks as outlined in the Contract. Special dietary requests should be communicated to spa staff in advance.

VI. Cancellation Policy

A. Terms: Clients may cancel or reschedule the spa party up to 7 days before the scheduled date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

B. Penalties: Failure to provide timely notice of cancellation or rescheduling may result in the full cost of the spa party package being charged.

VII. Liability Clauses

A. Damages: Spa shall not be liable for any damages to personal belongings or valuables brought onto spa premises by clients or their guests.

B. Injury: Clients and their guests participate in spa services at their own risk. Spa shall not be liable for any injuries sustained during the spa party, except in cases of negligence on the part of Spa.

C. Compliance: Clients and their guests are expected to comply with all spa policies and procedures. Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client or guest who violates these policies.
