B. Appointment Management

C. Sales and Promotion

  • Inform clients about current promotions, packages, and new services.

  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client’s experience and increase sales.

D. Administrative Tasks

  • Process payments, manage cash transactions, and handle billing inquiries accurately.

  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

  • Monitor and manage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed.

E. Facility Management

  • Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

A. Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

B. Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.

C. Technical Skills

Proficiency in using booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
