Background:
The Spa operates a spa facility offering various spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness treatments. The Client desires to receive spa services from the Spa, and the Spa is willing to provide such services subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Agreement:

The Spa agrees to provide spa services to the Client in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. The specific services to be provided shall be as follows:

In consideration for the services provided by the Spa, the Client agrees to pay the Spa the total sum of $20,000 for the services rendered. Payment shall be made in accordance with the following terms:
A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services.
The remaining balance of $15,000 shall be due upon completion of the spa services.
Payment shall be made in cash, credit card, or any other method accepted by the Spa.

In the event that the Client fails to make payment in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement, the Spa reserves the right to charge a late fee of $500 for each week the payment is overdue.
