Background:

The Spa operates a spa facility offering various spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness treatments. The Client desires to receive spa services from the Spa, and the Spa is willing to provide such services subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Agreement:

1. Services:

The Spa agrees to provide spa services to the Client in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. The specific services to be provided shall be as follows:

  • Massage therapy sessions

  • Facial treatments

  • Body wraps

  • Manicures and pedicures

  • Other wellness treatments as agreed upon between the Spa and the Client.

2. Payment:

In consideration for the services provided by the Spa, the Client agrees to pay the Spa the total sum of $20,000 for the services rendered. Payment shall be made in accordance with the following terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services.

  • The remaining balance of $15,000 shall be due upon completion of the spa services.

  • Payment shall be made in cash, credit card, or any other method accepted by the Spa.

3. Cancellation Policy:

The Client understands and agrees to abide by the Spa's cancellation policy, which is as follows:

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services.

4. Late Payments:

In the event that the Client fails to make payment in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement, the Spa reserves the right to charge a late fee of $500 for each week the payment is overdue.

5. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, the matter shall be submitted to mediation in [City, State] before resorting to litigation.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
