1. Lease of Premises:

A designated reception area for welcoming clients and handling administrative tasks.
Multiple treatment rooms equipped with massage tables, aesthetician beds, and other necessary equipment.

A steam room for steam treatments and detoxification.
Jacuzzi or hot tub facilities for hydrotherapy.
A relaxation lounge with comfortable seating and ambiance for clients to unwind before or after treatments.

2. Term:

3. Rent:
