  • A designated reception area for welcoming clients and handling administrative tasks.

  • Multiple treatment rooms equipped with massage tables, aesthetician beds, and other necessary equipment.

  • A sauna for heat therapy and relaxation sessions.

  • A steam room for steam treatments and detoxification.

  • Jacuzzi or hot tub facilities for hydrotherapy.

  • A relaxation lounge with comfortable seating and ambiance for clients to unwind before or after treatments.

2. Term:

The term of this Lease shall commence on [Commencement Date] and shall continue for a period of 3 years, allowing us ample time to establish and nurture our spa services in the community. Renewal options may be discussed and added as deemed appropriate by both parties.

3. Rent:
