1. Membership

1.1 Enrollment and Acceptance: Upon agreeing to these terms and signing this Agreement, the Member commits to joining the Spa Membership program, adhering to the conditions laid out herein. Enrollment becomes official only after the Spa has verified the Member's application and received the requisite membership fees. This process ensures both the eligibility of the member and the sustainability of the services provided.

1.2 Membership Benefits: Membership privileges are extensive and designed to offer a holistic and luxurious spa experience, consistent with the high standards maintained by [Your Company Name] Spa. Benefits include:

  • Unlimited Access: Members enjoy unfettered access to exclusive spa facilities, which include state-of-the-art saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation lounges designed to provide serenity and relaxation.

7. Amendments

7.1 Modifications: This Agreement may be amended, altered, or supplemented only by a written agreement executed by both parties hereto. Any such written agreement must be signed by authorized representatives of both the Spa and the Member and expressly state the intent to amend this Agreement. No informal modifications or oral agreements will be considered valid or binding.

8. Governing Law

9. Dispute Resolution

By agreeing to arbitration, the parties waive any rights they may have to a trial by jury in regard to arbitral claims. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and the parties agree to comply with any award made in such arbitration proceedings and agree to the entry of judgment upon any award rendered therein.

The costs of the arbitration, including administrative fees, the fees of the arbitrator, and costs for the use of facilities during the hearings, shall be borne equally by the parties unless the arbitrator specifies otherwise in the award. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees associated with the arbitration proceedings, except that the arbitrator may award attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party, except as prohibited by law.

10. Entire Agreement
