Job Summary/Objective:

The Spa Assistant will provide support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of spa services. This includes maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Spa Assistant will work closely with therapists and management to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all spa visitors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms.

  • Assist in setting up treatment rooms and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and ready for use.

  • Greet and check-in clients, provide them with necessary information, and ensure their comfort while waiting for appointments.

  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding towels and linens.

  • Stock and replenish towels, linens, and other spa supplies as needed.

  • Assist therapists and other spa staff with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in a spa or customer service environment preferred.

  • Basic understanding of spa treatments and services.

  • Ability to lift and carry supplies, including towels and linens.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills and Competencies:
