In doing so, the Therapist is expected to deliver outstanding customer service, thereby significantly enhancing the overall experience for the clients. Furthermore, in instances where issues or concerns raised by clients remain unresolved, the Therapist is obligated to escalate these matters to the Spa's management team for further assistance and resolution.

C. In the circumstance where the Therapist decides to leave their position at the Spa, the Therapist commits to handing over all client records and scheduled appointments to either the Spa's management team or to another therapist chosen by the Spa to take over their responsibilities. The Therapist also promises to take all necessary measures to ensure that this transition is as seamless as possible for the clients, thereby guaranteeing that there is no interruption in their ongoing treatment plans and ensuring continuity of care for each client.
