This Cafe Working Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and [Employee Name], residing at [Employee Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee."
The Employer desires to employ the Employee as a Barista and the Employee agrees to accept such employment under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement shall govern the relationship between the parties and shall be binding upon them, their heirs, successors, and assigns.
I. Employment Details
A. Job Title and Description: The Employee shall be employed as a Barista. The duties and responsibilities of the Employee shall include, but are not limited to, preparing and serving beverages, operating cash registers, and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe.
B. Work Schedule: The Employee's work schedule shall consist of five (5) days per week, with eight (8) hours of work per day. The specific work schedule shall be determined by the Employer and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
C. Location of Work: The Employee's primary place of work shall be at [Your Company Address]. The Employee may be required to work at other locations as deemed necessary by the Employer.
D. Duration of Employment: The employment of the Employee shall be permanent in nature, commencing on the date of hire and continuing until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
III. Working Conditions
A. Workplace Environment: The workplace environment at the cafe is fast-paced and may be noisy at times. The Employee will be required to stand for extended periods and work in close proximity to others.
B. Health and Safety Regulations: The Employer is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace. The Employee is expected to comply with all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate attire and following proper procedures for handling food and beverages.
C. Equipment and Tools Provided: The Employer will provide the Employee with the necessary equipment and tools to perform their duties, including a uniform and any required safety gear.
D. Break and Meal Periods: The Employee will be entitled to a break of [Number of Minutes] minutes for every [Number of Hours] hours worked, as required by law.
