Key Responsibilities

I. Customer Service

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.

  • Place orders with our suppliers and track deliveries.

V. Financial Record-Keeping

  • Record sales transactions accurately using our POS system.

  • Handle cash registers securely and reconcile daily sales.

  • Assist in training new staff members on cafe procedures and standards.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.

Qualifications
