Cafe Rental Agreement
This Cafe Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between:

I. Term of Lease
The term of this lease shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue for a period of [00] months, ending on [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
II. Rent
The monthly rent for the premises shall be $[00], payable in advance on the [Date] of each month. Rent payments shall be made by [Accepted Payment Method]. Any late payments shall incur a late fee of $[00].
III. Security Deposit

VII. Insurance

VIII. Assignment and Subletting

IX. Termination
