4. Member Conduct

The Member agrees to abide by all cafe rules and regulations, and to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner while on the premises. Adhering to these rules ensures a pleasant experience for all patrons and maintains a high standard of service and atmosphere.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 Complete Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This clause ensures that there are no misunderstandings or conflicting agreements related to the membership.
