Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a School Executive Assistant. The School Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to school administrators and staff, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to school administrators, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for school administrators and staff.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.

  • Maintain confidential records and files.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed.

  • Serve as a liaison between school administrators, staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
