1. Term of Contract:

2.7 Liability and Indemnification: The Security Company shall indemnify and hold harmless the School from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the provision of security guard services under this Contract, except to the extent caused by the negligence or misconduct of the School or its employees.

2.8 Confidentiality: The Security Company shall maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of providing security guard services at the School premises. The Security Company shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the School.

2.9 Insurance: The Security Company shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance, to cover any claims arising out of the provision of security guard services under this Contract. 2.10 Training and Professionalism: The Security Company shall ensure that its security guards receive regular training in security procedures and protocols. 3. Security Guard Duties:

3.2 Compliance with Rules and Regulations: Security guards shall perform their duties in accordance with the School's rules and regulations, as well as any applicable laws and regulations governing the provision of security services. Security guards shall familiarize themselves with the School's security policies and procedures and shall strictly adhere to them.

3.3 Patrolling and Monitoring: Security guards shall patrol the School premises regularly and shall monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment as necessary to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors. Security guards shall remain vigilant and alert to any signs of suspicious activity or potential security threats.

3.4 Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, security guards shall act promptly and decisively to ensure the safety of individuals on the School premises. Security guards shall be trained in emergency response procedures and shall coordinate with emergency services as necessary.

3.5 Communication: Security guards shall maintain effective communication with each other and with School officials to ensure that any security concerns or incidents are addressed promptly and appropriately. 3.6 Conflict Resolution: Security guards shall be trained in conflict resolution techniques and shall use these techniques to defuse any potentially volatile situations that may arise on the School premises. Security guards shall seek to resolve conflicts peacefully and without resorting to violence or force.

3.7 Reporting: Security guards shall promptly report any security incidents, breaches, or concerns to the designated supervisor or School official. Security guards shall also maintain accurate and detailed incident reports as required by the Security Company and the School.

4. Working Hours:

4.1 Standard Working Hours: The standard working hours for security guards shall be [Hours] on [Days]. Security guards shall be required to adhere to these working hours unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing.

5. Compensation:

7.3 Protection of Information: The Security Company shall take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the information obtained during the provision of security services, including but not limited to implementing physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

7.4 Return of Information: Upon termination of this Contract, the Security Company shall promptly return to the School any confidential information in its possession or control, or certify in writing that such information has been destroyed in a secure manner.

8. Termination:
