School Contract Addendum

This School Contract Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Company Name] ("School") and [Organization Name] ("Contractor").

WHEREAS, the School and the Contractor entered into an original contract dated [Date] ("Original Contract");

WHEREAS, the School and the Contractor desire to amend the Original Contract to address certain changes in the scope of work, responsibilities, deliverables, and other terms;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree to amend the Original Contract as follows:

I. Amendments to Original Contract

A. Amendments to Existing Terms: The Original Contract is hereby amended to reflect the changes outlined in this Addendum. All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain in full force and effect unless specifically amended by this Addendum.

B. Addition of New Terms: Any new terms introduced in this Addendum shall be considered an integral part of the Original Contract and shall have the same force and effect as if originally included therein.

C. Conflict Resolution: In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Original Contract and this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail.

II. Scope of Work/Services

A. Expanded Scope: The scope of work under the Original Contract is hereby expanded to include the development and implementation of an online tutoring program for students. These additional services shall be performed in accordance with the same standards and requirements set forth in the Original Contract.

B. Modification of Existing Services: Existing services as described in the Original Contract are modified to include bi-weekly progress reports instead of monthly reports, and additional training sessions for school staff on the new online tutoring platform.

C. Service Frequency: The Contractor shall perform the services specified in this Addendum weekly for the duration of the contract term.

III. Responsibilities

A. Additional Responsibilities of School: The School agrees to provide necessary access to school facilities and digital infrastructure, including dedicated time for staff training sessions and student access to online tutoring resources.

B. Additional Responsibilities of Contractor: The Contractor agrees to ensure the online tutoring program is fully operational within 30 days of the effective date of this Addendum and to provide ongoing technical support and updates as needed.

C. Joint Responsibilities: Both parties agree to collaborate on program evaluation and improvements, with regular meetings to be held monthly to ensure successful implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the tutoring program.

IV. Deliverables

A. New Deliverables: The Contractor shall provide the following new deliverables: a fully functional online tutoring platform, training materials for staff, and a detailed implementation plan, to be completed by [Date].

B. Modified Deliverables: Existing deliverables as specified in the Original Contract are modified to include bi-weekly progress reports instead of monthly reports.

C. Delivery Schedule: All deliverables must be submitted in accordance with the revised schedule outlined in this Addendum.

V. Schedule and Deadlines

A. Revised Schedule: The project schedule is revised as follows: initial setup and training to be completed by [Date], with the online tutoring program fully operational by [Date].

VI. Payment Terms

VII. Performance Metrics

IX. Termination Clause

A. New Grounds for Termination: The School reserves the right to terminate this Addendum under the following new grounds: failure to meet performance metrics, data breach incidents, or significant delays in deliverable deadlines.

B. Notice Period: Either party may terminate this Addendum by providing 30 days written notice to the other party.

X. Dispute Resolution
