School Transportation Contract

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Agreement Date] between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("School"), and [Transportation Provider Name], located at [Transportation Provider Address] ("Transportation Provider").

WHEREAS, the School requires transportation services for its students, and the Transportation Provider is willing to provide such services, both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. Scope of Services

A. The Transportation Provider shall provide transportation services for students of the School between their homes and the School.

B. The Transportation Provider shall provide vehicles that meet all safety and regulatory requirements for transporting students.

II. Transportation Schedule

A. The Transportation Provider shall provide transportation services on all school days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

B. The Transportation Provider shall provide morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off services according to the following schedule:

Morning pick-up: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Afternoon drop-off: 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

III. Safety and Maintenance

A. The Transportation Provider shall ensure that all vehicles used for transportation services are regularly inspected and maintained according to state and federal regulations.

B. The Transportation Provider shall ensure that all drivers are properly licensed and trained in safe driving practices and student supervision.

C. The Transportation Provider shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all vehicles used in the provision of transportation services.

IV. Fees and Payment Terms

A. The School shall pay the Transportation Provider a total of $[Amount] per month for the transportation services, to be paid in monthly installments on the first business day of each month.

B. Payment shall be made via electronic transfer to the Transportation Provider's bank account, the details of which shall be provided by the Transportation Provider.

C. In the event of late payment, the School shall pay a late fee of $[Amount] per day for each day that payment is overdue.

V. Term and Termination

A. This Agreement shall commence on [Agreement Start Date] and continue for a period of one year, terminating on [Agreement End Date].

B. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to the other party.

VI. Insurance and Liability

B. The Transportation Provider shall be responsible for any damage caused to the School's property as a result of the Transportation Provider's negligence or willful misconduct.

The Transportation Provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the provision of transportation services, including but not limited to:

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
State and local transportation regulations
School transportation safety standards

VIII. Confidentiality

The Transportation Provider agrees to keep confidential all information obtained during the provision of transportation services, including but not limited to student information and route details.

IX. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

X. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
