School Franchise Agreement

This School Franchise Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Agreement Date] between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Franchisor"), and [Franchisee Name], located at [Franchisee Address] ("Franchisee").

WHEREAS, the Franchisor owns and operates a successful school franchise system, and the Franchisee desires to obtain a franchise to operate a school under the Franchisor's system, both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. Grant of Franchise

IV. Franchisor's Obligations

A. The Franchisor shall provide the Franchisee with initial training and ongoing support as needed to operate the school franchise successfully.

B. The Franchisor shall provide the Franchisee with access to the Franchisor's proprietary curriculum, materials, and educational resources.

C. The Franchisor shall provide marketing and advertising support to promote the school franchise in the local community.

V. Intellectual Property

A. The Franchisee acknowledges that all trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the school franchise belong to the Franchisor.

B. The Franchisee agrees to use the Franchisor's intellectual property only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Franchisor's branding guidelines.

VI. Confidentiality

The Franchisee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including but not limited to business practices, customer lists, and marketing strategies, disclosed by the Franchisor during the term of this Agreement.

VII. Term and Termination
