I. Recitals

WHEREAS, the School is a reputable educational institution committed to providing enriching experiences for young learners, and;

WHEREAS, the School seeks to offer a stimulating and educational environment through its Preschool Camp program, aimed at fostering the holistic development of children, and

WHEREAS, the legal guardian of the student, hereinafter referred to as the "Guardian", desires to enroll the student in the School's Preschool Camp program, recognizing the value of such an experience in the student's early childhood education;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

II. Camp Details

  1. Camp Name and Location: The Preschool Camp shall be held at the School's premises located at [Address]. The venue offers a safe and stimulating environment conducive to the development and enjoyment of young learners.

  2. Camp Dates and Hours: The Camp shall commence on [Month Day, Year] and conclude on [Month Day, Year], operating from [9:00 AM to 5:00] PM each day, Monday through Friday. The duration of the Camp provides ample opportunities for students to engage in a variety of educational and recreational activities.

  3. Camp Activities and Curriculum: The Camp curriculum is designed to promote the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of participating students.   5. Health and Safety Measures: The School prioritizes the health and safety of all Camp attendees. III. Camp Fees

  1. Camp Fee: The Guardian agrees to pay the School a camp fee of five hundred dollars ($500) for the enrollment of the student in the Preschool Camp. The fee covers the cost of tuition, materials, and administrative expenses associated with the Camp.

  2. Payment Schedule: The Camp fee shall be paid in full prior to the commencement of the Camp, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the School's administration. Failure to submit payment by the specified deadline may result in the forfeiture of the student's placement in the Camp.

  3. Refund Policy: In the event of withdrawal from the Camp, a refund of the Camp fee may be issued according to the School's refund policy. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the School's administration and are subject to review and approval.

  4. Late Payment Penalty: A late fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) shall be assessed for any overdue payments. The School reserves the right to withhold Camp privileges, including participation in Camp activities, until all outstanding fees are settled.

  5. Financial Assistance: The School offers financial assistance options for families facing financial hardship. Eligibility criteria and application procedures for financial assistance programs are available upon request and are subject to approval by the School's administration.

IV. Camp Policies

  1. Code of Conduct: The Guardian acknowledges and agrees that the student shall adhere to the Camp's code of conduct, which promotes respectful behavior, cooperation, and positive interaction with peers and staff members.

  2. Attendance and Punctuality: The Guardian agrees to ensure the student's regular attendance and punctuality at the Camp. Any planned absences must be communicated in advance to the Camp administration.

  3. Communication: The Guardian agrees to maintain open and timely communication with the Camp administration regarding any concerns, changes in schedule, or updates related to the student's participation in the Camp.

  4. Parental Involvement: The Guardian acknowledges the importance of parental involvement in the student's Camp experience and agrees to actively participate in Camp-related events, meetings, and activities as requested by the Camp administration.

V. Health and Safety

  1. Health Screening: The Guardian agrees to conduct daily health screenings of the student before attending the Camp, including monitoring for symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing. Students exhibiting symptoms should refrain from attending the Camp and seek medical advice as necessary.

  2. Hygiene Practices: The Guardian agrees to reinforce proper hygiene practices with the student, including frequent handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, and avoiding close contact with individuals exhibiting symptoms of illness.

  3. Illness Policy: The Guardian agrees to notify the Camp administration immediately if the student develops symptoms of illness while attending the Camp. Students who are ill should be kept at home until they are symptom-free for a specified period or have received clearance from a healthcare professional to return to the Camp.

  4. Emergency Preparedness: The Guardian acknowledges the importance of emergency preparedness and agrees to provide accurate emergency contact information to the Camp administration. In the event of an emergency, the Guardian authorizes the Camp staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for the student as deemed necessary.

VI. Liability and Indemnification

  1. Assumption of Risk: The Guardian acknowledges that participation in the Camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and illness. By enrolling the student in the Camp, the Guardian assumes all such risks on behalf of the student.

  2. Release of Liability: The Guardian releases and waives any claims against the School, its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the student during the Camp, except those resulting from the School's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  3. Indemnification: The Guardian agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the School, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the student's participation in the Camp, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or breach of contract.

  4. Insurance: The Guardian acknowledges that the School may carry liability insurance covering its operations, but such insurance may not cover claims arising from the student's participation in the Camp. The Guardian is encouraged to obtain personal liability insurance to protect against any potential liabilities not covered by the School's insurance policy.

VII. Governing Law

  1. Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
