V. Academic Performance

3. VII. Liability Waiver

Release of Liability: The Student and their legal guardian(s) hereby release, waive, and discharge the School, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the Student's participation in the Summer School program, except those resulting from the School's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
   

3. Indemnification: The Student and their legal guardian(s) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the School, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Student's participation in the Summer School program, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or breach of contract.

VIII. Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts.
