2.5 The Maintenance Provider agrees to provide emergency repair services if required to address any urgent maintenance needs. This includes responding promptly to any emergency calls and mobilizing resources to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The Maintenance Provider will have a 24-hour emergency hotline and a team of trained technicians ready to respond to emergencies.

3. Maintenance Schedule

3.1 The Maintenance Provider shall perform maintenance visits according to the following schedule:

a. Weekly inspections and cleaning services to ensure cleanliness and safety. During these visits, the Maintenance Provider will inspect all gym equipment and facilities, clean them thoroughly, and identify any issues that require attention.

b. Monthly detailed inspections and minor repairs to address any issues promptly. These inspections will be more thorough than the weekly inspections, focusing on identifying and addressing any potential problems before they escalate.

c. Quarterly comprehensive maintenance and major repairs as needed to maintain the equipment's optimal condition. These maintenance visits will involve a detailed examination of all equipment and facilities, including preventive maintenance measures to ensure they remain in excellent condition.

4. Reporting and Documentation

4.1 The Maintenance Provider shall maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs. These records shall be kept in a secure location and made available for inspection by the Gym Owner or regulatory authorities upon request.

4.2 These records shall be documented and provided to the Gym Owner on a monthly basis or upon request to keep them informed of the maintenance activities and equipment status. The Maintenance Provider shall prepare a comprehensive report detailing all maintenance activities conducted during the reporting period, including any issues identified and actions taken. This report shall be submitted to the Gym Owner in a timely manner, along with any recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.

5. Compliance with Regulations

The Maintenance Provider agrees to comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring that the gym facilities are safe for use and meet all regulatory requirements. This includes but is not limited to, complying with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.

The Maintenance Provider shall regularly review and update their practices to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and shall provide the Gym Owner with any documentation or certifications required to demonstrate compliance.

6. Termination of Agreement

6.1 Either party may terminate this Contract by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon receipt of such notice, both parties shall work together in good faith to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. The terminating party shall specify the effective date of termination in the notice, and all maintenance activities shall cease on that date unless otherwise agreed upon.
