RECITALS

1. Employment

  5. Monitoring Member Progress: Track and record the progress of members, adjusting workout plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement.

  6. Maintaining Equipment: Ensure that all gym equipment is used properly and maintained in good working condition. Report any damages or issues promptly.

  7. Ensuring Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

  8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all gym members, addressing their concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

  9. Staying Updated on Fitness Trends: Continuously educate oneself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices to provide high-quality training.

  10. Promoting Gym Services: Actively promote the gym’s services, programs, and events to members and potential clients.

Employer Responsibilities:

  1. Providing Necessary Equipment and Tools: Ensure that the Employee has access to all necessary equipment and tools required to perform their duties effectively.

  2. Offering Training and Development Opportunities: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help the Employee stay current with industry standards and improve their skills.

  3. Ensuring a Safe Working Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

  4. Providing Fair Compensation: Ensure that the Employee receives fair and timely compensation as outlined in this Contract.

  5. Offering Support and Resources: Provide the Employee with the necessary support and resources to perform their duties efficiently.

  6. Maintaining Open Communication: Foster open communication with the Employee, offering regular feedback and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

1.2 Full-Time Employment

The Employee agrees to devote their full-time and best efforts to the performance of their duties under this Contract. The Employee shall not engage in any other employment or business activities that may interfere with their duties and responsibilities at the Gym.

2. Term of Employment

5. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
