RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Gym operates a fitness facility and seeks to provide personal training services to its members;
WHEREAS, the Trainer is engaged in the business of providing personal training services and has the necessary qualifications and experience to provide such services;
WHEREAS, the Gym desires to engage the services of the Trainer to provide personal training to its members under the terms and conditions set forth herein;
WHEREAS, the Trainer agrees to provide personal training services to the members of the Gym as an independent contractor, and not as an employee of the Gym;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Engagement and Services
1.1 Engagement
The Gym hereby engages the Trainer, and the Trainer agrees to provide personal training services to the Gym's members in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 Services
The Trainer agrees to perform the following services:

2. Terms of Agreement
2.1 Duration

5. Use of Facilities

The Trainer shall have access to the Gym's facilities during specified hours for the purpose of conducting personal training sessions. The Gym shall provide all necessary equipment and space as required for the Trainer to perform the services.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination Clauses
