Gym Advertising Agreement
I. Introduction
This Gym Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between:

II. Definitions

III. Advertising Scope
A. The Gym grants the Advertiser the right to place Advertisements in designated areas within the Gym premises, including but not limited to lobby areas, workout rooms, and reception areas.
B. Advertisements may include promotional content for products or services relevant to the Gym's clientele, subject to approval by the Gym management.
C. Advertisements must adhere to the Gym's branding guidelines and may not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content.
IV. Duration
A. This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue for an initial term of [00] months.
B. The Agreement may be renewed for additional terms upon mutual agreement of both parties, with terms for renewal to be negotiated in good faith at least [00] days prior to the expiration of the current term.

B. The Advertiser shall bear all costs associated with the installation, maintenance, and removal of Advertisements, ensuring they are kept in good condition throughout the Term.
VIII. Termination
