2.1.3 Specific Tasks: The Cleaning Service Provider shall execute a range of specific cleaning tasks designed to uphold rigorous hygiene standards. These tasks include but are not limited to dusting all surfaces, including shelves and equipment tops, thorough mopping of floors using appropriate cleaning agents, vacuuming carpeted areas to remove debris and allergens, sanitizing gym equipment and high-touch surfaces, ensuring the replenishment of essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning agents, and the proper disposal of trash and waste materials in designated receptacles. By meticulously addressing these tasks, the Cleaning Service Provider contributes to creating a clean, safe, and pleasant environment conducive to the Gym's operational objectives and member satisfaction.

2.1.4 Supplies and Equipment: The Cleaning Service Provider shall be responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment essential for the effective execution of the cleaning services, unless otherwise stipulated and agreed upon in writing by both Parties. This includes but is not limited to cleaning solutions, disinfectants, mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, microfiber cloths, gloves, and other specialized equipment required to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to industry standards. By ensuring the availability and adequacy of these supplies, the Cleaning Service Provider supports consistent service delivery and operational continuity, thereby enhancing the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the Gym's facilities.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The Gym agrees to compensate the Cleaning Service Provider for the services rendered under this Agreement based on the following terms:

Furthermore, the Gym agrees to promptly communicate any special instructions, specific cleaning requirements, or concerns related to the provision of cleaning services. By maintaining clear and proactive communication channels, the Gym ensures that the Cleaning Service Provider can adapt and respond to any operational changes or unique circumstances that may impact service delivery.

4.1.3 Cooperation: Both Parties commit to fostering a collaborative working relationship based on transparency, mutual respect, and effective communication. This cooperative approach is essential for resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the term of this Agreement promptly. 5. Dispute Resolution

6. Termination

Upon termination, the Gym agrees to settle all outstanding payments owed to the Cleaning Service Provider for services rendered up to the termination date specified. 6.3 Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause if the other Party fails to remedy a material breach of this Agreement within 10 days of receiving written notice specifying such breach. In cases where a Party commits a material breach of this Agreement, the non-breaching Party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon providing written notice specifying the breach. 7. Confidentiality
