Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  1. Welcome customers and assist with inquiries, reservations, and vehicle returns in a courteous and professional manner.

  2. Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Administrative Support

  1. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

  2. Process rental agreements, payments, and invoices accurately using our rental management system.

  3. Maintain organized rental records and customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Reservation Management

  1. Coordinate rental reservations based on availability and customer preferences.

  2. Confirm reservation details with customers and prepare rental agreements for review and signature.

  3. Arrange and confirm pick-up and drop-off times and locations with customers.

Billing and Payments

  1. Process rental payments securely and issue receipts to customers.

  2. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Vehicle Fleet Management

Skills and Qualifications
