4. Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service delivery. Assist in fleet management, including vehicle check-in/check-out processes and maintenance scheduling.
   

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is a plus.

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the car rental or hospitality industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software (e.g., RentWorks, TSD).

• Experience with cash handling and financial transactions.

• Bilingual proficiency in languages commonly spoken in the local community.
