  • Documentation: Maintain and update safety manuals, training materials, and safety records.

2. Conduct Safety Inspections and Audits

  • Site Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and field operations to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • Audits: Conduct internal safety audits and review reports to ensure that safety practices are effective and compliant with legal requirements.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed safety reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management.

3. Provide Training and Guidance

  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation, ongoing safety training, and specialized training for hazardous tasks.

  • Guidance: Offer guidance and support to employees on safety practices and procedures, ensuring they are understood and followed.

4. Manage Incident Reporting and Investigation

Qualifications

Education and Experience
