B. Terms of Employment:

This includes the proper use of safety equipment, reporting of hazards or incidents promptly, and participating in safety meetings or training sessions as required.

  3. Confidentiality: The Seasonal Worker shall maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information of the Employer obtained during the course of employment.
