I. Scope of Agreement

Cultivating: Performing regular cultivation tasks such as weeding, hoeing, and mulching to maintain weed-free and healthy crop beds.

B. Terms of Employment:

Safety: The Seasonal Worker agrees to adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols and regulations established by the Employer. This includes the proper use of safety equipment, reporting of hazards or incidents promptly, and participating in safety meetings or training sessions as required.
Confidentiality: The Seasonal Worker shall maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information of the Employer obtained during the course of employment.

III. Compensation and Benefits
