3.3. Reporting: The Farmer agrees to provide the Company with quarterly reports detailing the water conservation measures implemented, water usage data, and any challenges encountered.

4. Responsibilities of the Company

4.1. Financial Support: The Company agrees to provide financial support to the Farmer for the initial installation and setup of water conservation systems. This includes:

Drip Irrigation Systems: Funding for the purchase and installation of drip irrigation systems.
Rainwater Harvesting Systems: Funding for the installation of rainwater harvesting systems.

4.2. Technical Assistance: The Company will provide technical assistance to the Farmer, including:

Training: Conducting training sessions on the installation, use, and maintenance of water conservation systems.
Advisory Services: Offering advisory services on best practices for water conservation and sustainable agriculture.

4.3. Monitoring and Evaluation: The Company will regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the water conservation practices implemented by the Farmer. This includes:

Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess the implementation and maintenance of water conservation systems.
Data Analysis: Analyzing water usage data provided by the Farmer to evaluate the impact of conservation practices.

5. Duration and Termination
