1. Position and Duties

2. Employment Terms

This includes but is not limited to, customer lists, business plans, financial information, marketing strategies, product designs, software code, and any other information disclosed to the Employee during the course of employment ("Confidential Information"). The Employee shall not disclose, use for personal gain, or otherwise exploit any Confidential Information, either during the term of employment or at any time thereafter, except as required in the course of performing authorized duties for the Company.

6.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement: Prior to commencing employment, the Employee will be required to sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) drafted by the Company. The NDA will outline the specific obligations regarding confidentiality and the consequences of any breach thereof. The Employee acknowledges that failure to abide by the terms of the NDA may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, and legal remedies for any damages caused by the breach.

7. Termination of Employment

7.1 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Employee’s employment at any time, with or without cause, provided that the Company provides any notice or severance pay required by law.

7.2 Termination by Employee: The Employee may terminate their employment with the Company at any time by providing at least two weeks' written notice.

7.3 Return of Property: Upon termination of employment, the Employee agrees to return all Company property, including keys, uniforms, and any other items issued during the course of employment.

8. Dispute Resolution
