I. Purpose

The Healthcare Project Manager will oversee and manage healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to implement new healthcare technologies, improve patient care processes, and construct new medical facilities.

II. Responsibilities

A. Project Planning and Scheduling

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

B. Budget Management

• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.

• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

C. Team Coordination

D. Stakeholder Communication
