Job Description

I. Position Overview

The Real Estate Project Manager will oversee and manage real estate development projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role involves coordinating various aspects of real estate projects, including development, construction, and leasing, to achieve successful project outcomes.

II. Responsibilities

A. Project Planning and Scheduling

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for real estate development initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.

B. Budget Management

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial resources are managed effectively.

• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving strategies where feasible.

C. Development Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and real estate professionals to ensure project designs and specifications are met.

• Manage the development process, including site selection, zoning, and permitting.
  

III. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the real estate sector.

• Strong understanding of real estate development processes and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

IV. Skills

• Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
