Position Overview

The Movie Theater Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of theater operations, ensuring an exceptional moviegoing experience for patrons. Key Responsibilities

  1. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise theater staff, including box office attendants, ushers, concession stand workers, and cleaning crew.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities.

Qualifications
