The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. As a Barista Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare coffee and other beverages

Consistently prepare and serve beverages to the highest company standards.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service experience for every customer.

Cash Handling

Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate processing.

Maintain Cleanliness

Ensure the coffee shop maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization.

Stock Management

Monitor and restock inventory as required, ensuring all supplies are properly stocked.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth-running shift.


Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.

Certifications

Barista training certification is highly desirable.


Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment, customer service orientation, and a passion for coffee culture.


Work Environment

The Barista Cashier will work in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The position requires standing for extended periods, operating coffee machines and other equipment, and interacting with customers regularly. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
