Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare coffee and other beverages |
Consistently prepare and serve beverages to the highest company standards. |

Customer Service |
Provide exceptional customer service experience for every customer. |

Cash Handling |
Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate processing. |

Maintain Cleanliness |
Ensure the coffee shop maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization. |

Stock Management |
Monitor and restock inventory as required, ensuring all supplies are properly stocked. |

Team Collaboration |
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth-running shift. |
Qualifications
|
Education |
High school diploma or equivalent. |
|
Experience |
Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required. |

Certifications |
Barista training certification is highly desirable. |
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment, customer service orientation, and a passion for coffee culture.
Work Environment
The Barista Cashier will work in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The position requires standing for extended periods, operating coffee machines and other equipment, and interacting with customers regularly. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
