Dear Church Members,
We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. The church leadership has recently undertaken a thorough review of our existing policies to better align with our mission and the evolving needs of our community.
After careful consideration and numerous consultations, we have decided to implement several policy changes that are designed to enhance our services, increase participation, and ensure the safety and well-being of all members. These changes will take effect starting from next month.
The key policy changes include but are not limited to:

Updated Service Timings: Sunday services will now commence at [9:00 AM] instead of [10:00 AM] to accommodate more families.

Children’s Ministry: Enhanced security measures have been put in place for the Children’s Ministry to ensure the safety of our young members.

Community Outreach Programs: We are expanding our outreach programs to better serve the homeless and underprivileged in our area.

Use of Facilities: Updated guidelines for the use of church facilities for personal events. Members will now need to submit a request at least one month in advance.

Health and Safety Protocols: New health and safety protocols are being introduced in response to the ongoing pandemic. Masks and hand sanitizers will be provided at all entry points.
