JANE

Ugh, not again...

INT. KITCHEN - MORNING

Jane shuffles in, still in her pajamas. She grabs a mug and pours herself some coffee. The coffee machine gurgles and steams, filling the room with a rich aroma.

JANE

(sighing with relief)

Much better.

INT. OFFICE - MIDDAY

Jane sits at her cluttered desk, typing away on her computer. Her colleague, MIKE (40s), leans over the partition.

MIKE

(cheerfully)

Hey Jane, ready for the meeting?

Jane looks up, slightly flustered, and checks her watch.

JANE

(distracted)

Almost, just need to finish this report.

EXT. PARK - LATE AFTERNOON

Jane takes a leisurely stroll through the park. The sun is setting, casting a warm golden glow over the landscape. Children are playing, dogs are being walked, and people are enjoying the fresh air.

Jane pauses at a bench and sits down, taking a deep breath and smiling. She seems at peace.

INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Jane relaxes on the couch with a book. A soft, serene atmosphere fills the room, illuminated by the gentle light of a reading lamp. A cat purrs contentedly on her lap.

JANE

Today turned out alright.

She closes the book and leans back, her eyes gradually closing as she drifts off to sleep.
