FIELD TRIP RULES
1. General Conduct

Respect: Show respect towards all chaperones, teachers, and peers.
Follow Instructions: Adhere to the instructions provided by staff members and trip guides.
Attitude and Cooperation: Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with others.
Avoid Disruptions: Refrain from running, shouting, or engaging in any disruptive behavior.
1.2 Respect for Property
No Damage: Do not damage or deface any property.
Careful Handling: Handle exhibits, displays, or any items at the destination with care.
Cleanliness: Leave the area clean and dispose of trash properly.
2. Safety Guidelines
2.1 Transportation Safety
Stay Seated: Remain seated and wear a seatbelt, if available, on buses or other vehicles.
Clear Aisles: Keep the aisles clear of belongings and feet.
Follow Safety Instructions: Listen to the driver and follow all safety instructions.
2.2 Supervision
Stay with the Group: Remain with your assigned group and chaperone at all times.
No Wandering: Do not wander off or leave the group without permission.
Report Issues: Report any problems or emergencies to a chaperone immediately.
2.3 Emergency Procedures
Know Meeting Points: Be aware of the meeting points and emergency exits.
Follow Guides: Follow the instructions of trip guides during emergencies.
Carry Information: Carry necessary medical information and emergency contact numbers.
3. Preparation and Supplies
3.1 What to Bring
Packed Lunch: Bring a packed lunch and snacks, if applicable.
Hydration: Carry a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Appropriate Clothing: Wear weather-appropriate clothing, including comfortable walking shoes.
Medications: Bring any necessary medications with instructions for use.
3.2 What Not to Bring
Valuables: Do not bring valuable items or large sums of money.
Electronics: Avoid bringing electronics, such as gaming devices, unless permitted.
Prohibited Items: Do not bring any items prohibited by the school or trip guidelines.
4. Chaperone Responsibilities

Safety and Well-Being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in their group.
Regular Headcounts: Keep a headcount of their assigned students regularly.
Assist with supervision: Assist with supervision during travel, activities, and meal times.
4.2 Communication
Contact Information: Provide contact information to students and staff.
