Rules for Tuition Payment
1. Introduction
This document details the rules, policies, and procedures for paying tuition fees at your esteemed institution. It covers essential information on payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, refund policies, late payment penalties, discounts, and available payment plans. Adherence to these guidelines ensures a smooth financial process and access to academic services.
2. Payment Deadlines
2.1. Semester Payment Schedule
All tuition fees must be paid in full by the following dates:

2.2. Monthly Payment Plan Deadlines
If you are enrolled in a monthly payment plan, payments are due on the first of each month. Failure to adhere to this schedule may result in penalties.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment for tuition fees:

4. Refund Policies
4.1. Full Refund
A student can receive a full refund if they withdraw from the course within the first two weeks of the semester.
4.2. Partial Refund
If a student decides to withdraw from the course during the period that spans between the third week of the semester and the sixth week of the semester, they will be eligible to receive a partial refund.
4.3. No Refund
Refunds will not be provided or issued to students or anyone seeking them after the sixth week of the academic semester has passed.
5. Penalties for Late Payments
Late payments will result in the following penalties:

1-7 days late: 5% of the outstanding balance

8-14 days late: 10% of the outstanding balance

15-30 days late: 15% of the outstanding balance

More than 30 days late: 20% of the outstanding balance and restricted access to university services
6. Discounts
The following discounts are available for early payment:

A 5% discount will be applied if full payment is made before the early deadline, which is one month before the standard deadline.

If installment plans are paid promptly each month, there will be a 2% discount applied to each installment.
7. Payment Plans
7.1. Eligibility
Students who are unable to pay the full amount by the deadlines may apply for a payment plan. Eligibility is based on demonstrated financial need and must be approved by the financial office.
