C. Post-Termination Responsibilities

Removal of Goods: Upon termination of the Contract, the Lessee must remove all stored items from the Facility within 30 days. Any items remaining after this period will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the Lessor at the Lessee's expense.

The Lessee will be required to settle any outstanding balances within 15 days of receiving the final statement. A. Mediation and Arbitration
