Aesthetic Bakery Franchise Agreement

I. Introduction

III. Fees and Payments

Initial Franchise Fee

The Franchisee agrees to pay an initial franchise fee of $[00], due upon the signing of this Agreement. This fee is non-refundable and grants the Franchisee the right to operate a bakery under the Aesthetic Bakery brand.

Royalties and Ongoing Fees
