TENANT ADDITION ADDENDUM
I. Identification of the Lease
This Tenant Addition Addendum is made part of and modifies the existing lease agreement dated August 1, 2055, between [Your Name] "(Landlord)" and Emily Johnson "(Tenant)" for the property located at 123 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704.

III. Lease Term Updates
