Purpose:

2. Lease Duration Extension
A. Extension Term
The Lease Agreement, originally set to terminate on December 31, 2054, is hereby extended for an additional period of 12 months. The new termination date is December 31, 2055.
B. Renewal Option
The tenant is granted the option to renew the Lease Agreement for an additional term of 12 months under the same terms and conditions, subject to written notice provided to the Landlord no later than 60 days before the end of the extended term.
3. Property Maintenance and Repairs
A. Responsibilities
Landlord agrees to address the following maintenance issues by October 1, 2054:

5. General Provisions
A. Entire Agreement
This Addendum constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the modifications stated herein. No oral statements or prior written material not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force and effect.
B. Governing Law
This Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
C. Execution
This Addendum may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
