Simple Addendum

Purpose:

1. Adjustments to Rental Terms

The tenant is granted the option to renew the Lease Agreement for an additional term of 12 months under the same terms and conditions, subject to written notice provided to the Landlord no later than 60 days before the end of the extended term.

3. Property Maintenance and Repairs

A. Responsibilities

Landlord agrees to address the following maintenance issues by October 1, 2054:

1. Replacement of Kitchen Appliances: The refrigerator and oven will be replaced with new models.

2. Bathroom Repairs: The sink and shower will be repaired to ensure proper functionality.

B. Tenant's Responsibilities

Tenant agrees to maintain the Property in good condition and report any maintenance issues to Landlord within 7 days of discovery.

C. Execution

This Addendum may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
