2. Responsibilities
Landlord Responsibilities:

The landlord will be responsible for repairs including the leaking kitchen sink, servicing the HVAC system, and replacing damaged bathroom tiles.

All repairs performed by the Landlord will be completed by the deadlines specified in the Scope of Repairs.
Tenant Responsibilities:

The tenant will be responsible for painting the walls in the master bedroom and replacing the worn-out carpet in the hallway.

3. Cost Allocation

The Landlord will bear the costs for any repairs they conduct.

5. Consequences for Non-Compliance

Failure by the Tenant to complete their repairs by the specified deadlines will result in deductions from the security deposit, according to the terms specified in the Lease Agreement.
